About image
Essex Rural Skills Project  (ERSP) is a project governed by the RCCE with partner organisations to deliver rural, employability and life skills courses for the whole community, funded by the European Social Fund and the Big Lottery Fund.  The project offers a flexible rolling programme to encourage participants to learn new skills.  Taking place at Wormingford (near Colchester) and Stow Maries Aerodrome (near South Woodham Ferrers), these courses will cover a wide range of rural and craft skills.

Transport to both locations is offered as required, but may be dependent on your location - please contact us directly for further information or to discuss your options.  This programme is specifically for people aged 45 plus who are not currently working - whether you are claiming benefits or not.
